Three women with complementary practices and a shared love of coming together to create nourishing, supportive spaces.
Between us, we have navigated endings and beginnings - shifts in identity, work, family and direction. We know what it is to stand at a threshold. From this place, we recognise how many of us are craving spaces where we can slow down and be more honest about how we’re really doing.
Earth & Village offers that space.
It’s where stories, laughter, reflection and moments of recognition unfold - reminding us that we’re not doing life alone.
Below is a little on each woman in the collective, but we also have our own individual offerings, which you can find out about here or on their own individual 1-1 Offerings pages.
Craniosacral Therapist | ICF-Qualified Life Coach | Sound Healing & Yoga Nidra Practitioner
Juliette leads the restorative elements of the retreat.
Group sound healing and guided yoga nidra create space for deep rest and nervous system reset. Through gentle holding in Circle and guided self-enquiry, Juliette will support you to slow down, tune inward and reconnect with your own rhythm.
Her sessions offer steadiness and spaciousness - a chance to soften, listen and return to yourself.
ICF-Qualified Coach | Firework Career Transition Specialist | Wellbeing Practitioner
Joanna brings reflective coaching and practical clarity.
She shares self-awareness tools and structured group coaching conversations that help you explore where you are - particularly in relation to work, purpose and direction. Her approach blends thoughtful reflection with grounded, practical guidance.
Within the retreat, she helps turn insight into something tangible - supporting confidence, direction and next steps.
ICF-Qualified Coach and is further qualified in Neurodiversity in Coaching.
Hilary shares her passion for creative and reflective practices within the retreat.
Through mindful art and creative play, Hilary invites self-expression as we immerse ourselves in nature - welcoming everyone, whatever your experience. Her sessions combine gentle coaching enquiry with creative exploration, offering space to think differently and notice what emerges.
She also brings a neurodiversity-informed lens to the retreat - ensuring the space feels inclusive, thoughtful and open to different ways of processing and experiencing the world.
