My professional background is in Human Resources, with nearly 30 years spent working in corporate environments and senior leadership roles.
I have something of a love–hate relationship with the corporate world. It’s an environment I understand deeply - the language, the pace and the pressures are as familiar to me as a well-worn coat. I know the pride that comes with building a career and being the person others rely on to get things done. But I also know how easily that drive can tip into overwork, people-pleasing and the persistent search for external validation.
For many years I said yes to too much and convinced myself that slowing down wasn’t an option. Eventually the pace caught up with me and I experienced burnout - a moment that forced me to pause and reconsider my values, purpose and the way I wanted to live and work.
Working with a coach during that time helped me rebuild confidence and gain clarity about what truly mattered. Retreats also became part of that journey, offering space to step back and reconnect.
Today I support others who may be experiencing burnout, workplace challenges or simply a sense that something in their career is no longer quite right. I combine coaching skills with my HR experience to help people navigate these moments with clarity, confidence and self-compassion.
My approach blends thoughtful coaching with practical tools and structure - using visual models, metaphor and creative exploration to open up new ways of thinking, alongside honest challenge where it supports growth.
Outside of work, I recharge through time in nature, long walks with my beloved golden retriever, travel, open-water swimming and kitchen discos with family and friends.
