An introduction
My professional life began in media, working for many years as a creative strategist. Alongside that outward-facing career, my inner life was shifting. Navigating fertility challenges, divorce and the opening of an entirely new chapter invited me into deeper self-enquiry and healing.
Craniosacral therapy, coaching and restorative practices became part of my own processing - steady anchors during a time of profound change. Experiencing the impact of this work in my own life took me on a new path to train professionally and begin supporting others.
I trained as a Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapist and later returned to tutor on the same two-year programme. I qualified as an ICF-accredited life coach and am currently deepening my study in the ancient practice of sound healing.
Time in nature, particularly all-season open-water swimming, is a constant in my life. It helps me land in myself, slow down and just ‘be’.
