Slow down. Restore. Reconnect.

Retreats crafted to combine tranquility, grounding and stimulating connection with nature, ourselves and others.

Experiences crafted for those seeking stillness, clarity, and reconnection - with nature, with creativity, and with themselves.

Whether you are navigating change, craving perspective, or simply seeking time outdoors in thoughtful company, our retreats offer space to pause and gather with intention.

Earth & Village retreats are purposely small, nature-led gatherings with a unifying thread: time outdoors in nature, coaching-led reflection, creative play and practices that support deep rest. We come together seasonally, with each retreat forming part of an ongoing series. Held in carefully chosen natural settings, our retreats are designed to feel welcoming, grounded and deeply supportive.

Introducing our next Earth & Village retreat:

The Smokery, Albury, Surrey Hills

A grounding, creative and nature-led, day retreat.

We’re excited to host our next retreat at The Smokery, set within woodland and lakes on the historic Albury Estate in the Surrey Hills.

Surrounded by fishing lakes and mature trees, it is a place that encourages a natural softening of pace. The landscape becomes part of the experience - inviting slower walking, deeper noticing and a gentle step away from the everyday.

Why this setting

Nestled among woodland, water, and open countryside, our Surrey Hills retreat location offers a quiet, restorative backdrop for deep rest and reflection.

Here, comfort meets wild simplicity. Tree-lined paths, open skies, and tranquil spaces create the perfect environment for noticing walks, creative exploration, and grounding practices.

The setting invites you to step out of daily rhythm and into something slower, softer, and more spacious.

What to expect

We begin and return to Circle throughout the day, gathering for guided visualisation, reflective coaching exercises and honest, down to earth conversation.

Time outdoors will be woven throughout the retreat, with nature-based noticing walks and moments to sit and be still.

Creative exploration with charcoal and paints, using what we find from nature around us invites playful expression without expectation.

Sound healing and yoga nidra create space for deep relaxation, supporting the nervous system to settle and recalibrate.

A seasonal, plant-based lunch - along with nourishing snacks throughout the day - is thoughtfully prepared by our on-site chef.

Following the retreat, optional 1-2-1 coaching, craniosacral and sound healing sessions are available for those who feel called to continue the work.

Who this retreat is for
